Review the sample research article on the mothers’ trust in school principals study (Shelden et al., 2010) at the end of Chapter 1 again, and answer the following question:

  1. The authors advance in paragraph 14 the question: “What are the perspectives of mothers of children with disabilities on trust in school principals?” What is the central phenomenon being explored in this study that can be gleaned from this question?
