- What can you specifically do to understand more about your own cultural beliefs and how these might bias your interactions with others? If you do not believe you have any cultural biases, talk more about why you believe this and what you have done previously to discover your hidden biases.
- How do human service workers discourage clients from meeting their goals? What do you do that you are sometimes unconsciously aware of when working with others? What does your non-verbal communication have to do with this situation?
- How would your response to question three above be similar or different if you were interacting with a client from a culture that is very different than your own?
