Reflection Journals

Define civil liberties and civil rights in the context of gun ownership. Propose a solution to the problem of gun violence in the United States. In your solution, be sure to address the concerns on both sides of the debate. Also, assess the viability of your solution; in other words, what chance does it have of becoming law in this Congress and future ones.
