You will read a group of pre-selected articles on these two topics, then decide on a thesis statement that argues that online learning is the better choice, face-to-face learning is the better choice, or that, despite their differences, both are effective forms of education.

This essay must contain an introduction that engages the reader, with a thesis that is clear about both what is being compared and contrasted and what the goal of this comparison is. From there, you will craft a body that follows a point-by-point or similarities and differences structure, before creating a conclusion that restates your thesis and looks to the future.

Remember that both topics and each point of comparison must receive the same level of detail. Also, remember to fully support each of your claims with evidence that includes outside sources.
