Maya Angelou says it so well. “… people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”Consider your life so far, and think of a leader that exemplifies the characteristics in this section. What was it about them that made the extraordinary leaders? This individual can be someone you had direct contact with, or can be someone out of history or in the news.
