After reading this article, I found that a training need analysis is vital in business. As the article stated, “Conducting a training needs analysis is the best way to determine which training requests are valid and which are not. Consider the following tips: 1. Establish a process and guidelines 2. Set performance expectations. 3. Isolate the gaps 4. Prioritize needs 5. Develop a plan and 6. Know when to say no.”
