Part 1: Overview. Discuss the organizational culture of your company and give an overview of several possible intrapreneurial opportunities. Does the company, or can it, allow idea development time, and provide innovation training? Does the company provide incentives, and support networks? Does the Leadership support and encourage success at all levels? Then use your SWOT, PEST, and market domain evaluations to narrow your selection to a single new opportunity. Give a justification of your selection,

Part 2: Assessment. Assess how this opportunity will impact the organization. You should try to give an estimate of the effort and resources needed to put this idea into practice by answering the questions: How much will it cost? What resources will it require? How long will it take? What are the drawbacks to this idea?

Part 3: Organization. Finally you should conclude with the potential benefits to the organization. Return to your SWOT and PEST and briefly redo them with the inclusion of the new opportunity. Does your company now have different strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, due to this new opportunity? Has the political, economic, social and technological elements of your company changed due to this intrapreneurial development?

Conclusion: Include a conclusion that briefly sums up the essential points of your paper.

References: At least three authoritative references in APA style.
